Leadership Training Pathway I am aware that some have tried to register for the course in November and discovered it is fully booked. There is now another one in 2024 on 4 December being offered for our presbytery as well as the one in 2025 which is on 5 February. You will be aware this new safeguarding training is now a requirement for parish ministers and others involved in parish ministry, associates, team ministers, auxiliary ministers, OLMs, transition ministers, interim ministers, probationer ministers. locum ministers, armed forces chaplains, readers. It is also a requirement for many of those in diaconal ministers, and in MDS posts. Those of us in these categories should have already done the introductory and advanced safeguarding courses. If you have not done so yet get yourself onto these first and then attend the leadership course. Please note that this day course starts at 9.30am and goes into the afternoon.
