Lorraine Sinclair is an elder, a treasurer along with a few other roles in the Parish of Latheron in Caithness which has two buildings one in Lybster and one in Dunbeath but one congregation.

In 2018 she became the Presbytery elder for the Parish of Latheron for the Presbytery of Caithness. She has been Finance Convener, Business Committee Convener and Moderator of the Presbytery of Caithness.

When the Finance Group had to select a convener she felt that she could be Finance Convener for the new Clèir Eilean Ì: The Church of Scotland in the Highlands and Hebrides with her Finance convener experience for the Presbytery of Caithness. Here she is as Finance Convener.

Her work as a systems analyst and in accounts will help as she loves working with figures and data.
