Black Isle show

The summertime is when the agricultural shows take place. Edinburgh the Royal Highland Show, celebrated its 240 years anniversary in 2024. Our local big show is the Black Isle show at Muir of Ord and there is also the Dornoch show at Dornoch. There are plenty of other Agricultural shows all over Scotland taking place. Where people can see the best of livestock etc on display that Scotland has to offer. Also, all sorts of machinery and other stands to show people what there is to buy. There are other Highland games taking place throughout the summer and local galas, where it is great to meet people and hear how they are getting on, what is happening around the countryside with stories to tell……
