Presbytery Pastoral Support Group- Clèir Eilean Ì - Highlands & Hebrides
The Presbytery Pastoral Support Group aims to offer pastoral care to all clergy and MDS in our geographically challenging presbytery.
We are aware that as clergy and MDS, you are used to offering pastoral care on a daily basis. But who is offering you pastoral care? We are here to do just that. We can offer face to face, telephone or online meetings, to suit the individual.
Currently, we have 9 on the team and more will be recruited soon. All our team have been safely recruited, in line with safeguarding guidelines, and all will work with the utmost discretion.
While we can only offer support to clergy and MDS at the moment, once the team grows, we hope to expand this to include clergy spouses, elders, worship leaders etc.
Over time, we will contact everyone individually but please feel free to contact Dorothy who can put you in touch with one of the team.
A final word, if you feel you may be called to serve God by caring for his ministers and MDS in CEI, please get in touch and we can discuss this further.
