Tom is the Finance officer with CEI. After completing a degree in Political Science, he pivoted to a career in accounting, having gained experience in audit and working in the social housing and higher education sectors.

He is also a member of the Army Reserve, and in 2020 completed a peacekeeping tour in Cyprus with the United Nations.
